My current grade is 6th Kup (Green Belt)

I`ve always been quite fit, having ridden horses from a young age and having had a very physical job as a sheep farmer. When I started university I noticed that I was not as fit as I had been. I had always fancied trying a martial art, and I was attracted by the friendliness of the group and the wide range of ages and abilities there.

Single thing - getting Saju Jirugi right all the way through. Actually though I love all of it because everyone is so friendly and encouraging
Passing my grading
When I get my green belt I have promised myself an `I do my own stunts` Taekwondo hoody. After that, who knows!
I`m a student, I love riding horses, spending time with my daughter and reading most sorts of fiction.
